The completely revised Pocket Amp offers an expanded range of all official tube amp sounds in the new MK 2 version, from the highly overdrive-resistant clean range to the massively distorted tones. With three-way switches for amplifier characteristics, gain structure, and speaker microphone simulation, the modified circuitry of the Pocket Amp MK 2 enables authentic vintage and modern sounds as well as custom sound creations. Exceptionally powerful operational amplifiers achieve an extremely low noise level. Master controls for overdrive level and output level, along with a specially tailored 2-band EQ for guitars, provide flexible and precise sound tuning.

In addition to the balanced XLR and unbalanced 6.35 mm jack outputs, the stage-ready housing made of aluminum die-cast is equipped with an AUX input and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. This makes the Palmer Pocket Amp MK 2 not only the ideal tool for direct recording but also suitable as a practice amplifier, overdrive or distortion pedal, and DI box. It can even replace the stage amp when connected to a PA or monitor system. The Pocket Amp MK 2 requires a 9-volt block battery or a power adapter for operation.
