The Palmer PAN16 is an 8-channel passive DI box in a 19" rack format with 1U height. Thanks to the special Merge Link/In function, the front Link output can be switched to serve as a second input for signal looping, combining its signal with that of the input jack to output a mono sum. This allows the PAN16 to provide a maximum of 16 inputs, while two pad buttons enable 10, 20, and 30 dB attenuation. The outputs are designed as XLR connectors and are galvanically isolated and balanced through transformers. Additionally, there are 8 extra Link jacks located on the back of the device.
