The Palmer PAN04A is a 2-channel DI box designed to feed unbalanced and high-impedance signals from electric instruments into the microphone inputs of a mixing console. It provides a transformer-balanced, low-impedance signal at the outputs and eliminates hum and interference caused by ground loops. The active circuitry maintains the frequency response unaffected and achieves a high dynamic range. In addition to 6.35 mm direct outputs and a switchable -30 dB input attenuation, the DI box features a mono output that sums both channels. The PAN04A is extremely robust in construction and is equally suitable for stage and studio use. It can be powered by 9 to 24 V DC power adapters or phantom power when two outputs are connected to a mixing console.
