The Palmer PEABI is more than just a simple switcher for two sources. The PEABI also handles level adjustment for different sources simultaneously. Whether it's a microphone or line signal, the PEABI switches seamlessly between the two inputs, allowing for quick and easy comparison of signals or the ability to connect various sources to a single input. Three slide switches enable individual attenuation options (6, 15, or 21 dB reduction) for both inputs. A ground lift helps to avoid ground loops. Housed in a sturdy all-metal casing with extended side panels for optimal protection of the inputs and outputs, a red LED clearly indicates which input is currently active. Pre-drilled holes allow for easy and secure mounting in a rack or on a pedalboard. The PEABI is completely passive and operates entirely without a power supply. A 9-volt battery is required to power the LED.
