For high carrying comfort, it features wide, padded shoulder and hip straps, along with a snug-fitting, metal-reinforced full-contact back from the unique SWISSWOOL 3D BACK SYSTEM, which evenly distributes the load across the back. To ensure optimal climate regulation at the contact points, the back, shoulder, and hip straps are lined with SWISSWOOL wool fleece, which reliably absorbs water vapor and dries quickly. The PEAK 45 also boasts a separate safety compartment, numerous attachment options for rope, ice axes, helmets, skis, snowboards, and poles, as well as a side compartment for crampons. In line with sustainability, the two main outer materials are made from 100% and 50% recycled polyamide, making the backpack extremely robust, durable, and long-lasting.
