The Haute Route from Ortovox has been around since the very beginning of ski touring. This proven classic is perfect for longer ski traverses. Made with Cordura and PFC-free double-layer 420D Oxford polyamide, the Haute Route 32 is extremely abrasion-resistant and additionally water-repellent thanks to the PU coating on all fabrics. For an optimal fit, it features load control straps and the O-Flex-2 back system with an ergonomic design and an S-shaped stabilizer that evenly distributes weight between the hips and shoulders, even over longer periods. The hip fins connect internally to the back system to ensure a snug and comfortable fit around the body. With its larger volume, the Haute Route 32 can accommodate everything you need. The spacious main compartment is accessible from both the top and the back, allowing for quick access to all your gear, while a separate safety pocket ensures quick access to emergency equipment. Additionally, a rope fixation on the backpack lid allows for quick packing and unpacking of a carried rope without having to open the lid. Alongside ice axe and pole attachments, as well as a fixed helmet net, there are also flexible carrying options available, for example, for a snowboard.
