The Haute Route has been around since the inception of ski touring. This proven classic is perfect for longer ski traverses. Made from Cordura and PFC-free, double-layered 420D Oxford nylon, the Haute Route is extremely abrasion-resistant and water-repellent thanks to the PU coating on all fabrics. Load control straps and the O-Flex-2 back system with an ergonomic fit and S-shaped stabilizer ensure an optimal fit, distributing weight evenly across the hips and shoulders even over longer periods. The hip fins are also connected to the inside of the back system, allowing them to fully and comfortably wrap around the body. With its larger volume, the Haute Route offers space for everything you want to take along. The spacious main compartment is accessible from both the top and the back, making it easy to reach all items quickly, while the separate safety compartment ensures quick access to emergency gear. Thanks to the rope attachment on the backpack lid, a rope can be quickly packed or unpacked without having to open the lid. In addition to ice axe and pole attachments, a secure helmet net, and flexible carrying attachments for items like a snowboard, the skis can be attached both traditionally and diagonally to the ski touring backpack.
