A modern, powerful control unit featuring high resolution, high speed, and high input accuracy, along with logic operations and predictive maintenance functions. It has a high-speed sample cycle of 60 ms. Thermocouple/Pt input accuracy is ±0.1% of PV, and analog input accuracy is ±0.1% FS. Universal inputs on all models (thermocouple, Pt, analog) allow for handling various sensors with one control unit. A PV/SV status display function can be set to alternately display PV or SV and the status of the temperature controller (Auto/Manual, Operation/Stop, and alarms). Flexible contact outputs with logic operations (AND, OR, and delays) can be set from the support software. Preventive maintenance for relays includes a control output ON/OFF counter. The high-resolution display features 5 digits with a 0.01° C display.
