Equipped with a passive 3-way crossover, it delivers powerful bass through a voluminous cabinet and bass reflex tube. The speaker has very high power handling capabilities and a sturdy protective grille to guard against damage. It also has a scratch-resistant black felt cover and sturdy steel protective corners. Additionally, it includes a mounting flange for installation on speaker stands and is compact enough for transport in a car.
