The Olympus AS-9000 Transcription Kit consists of a USB foot switch with 4 ergonomic buttons, stereo headphones under the chin and the Olympus Dictation Management System software. Thanks to the foot control with perfect ergonomics for shoe sizes up to 46 (EUR) you can easily operate the transcription software. The non-slip mat ensures a smooth workflow. The included software makes it very easy to use and makes transcriptions easy to handle. It is compatible with Windows and Mac. Thanks to the easy installation and administration, you have the necessary tools to implement a professional dictation workflow and to set up a central administration - no matter if you are a large or small company. The easy-to-understand user interface serves both as a basic pillar of professional dictation machines and as the key to increased productivity and efficiency. Thanks to its modular architecture, ODMS enables the creation of an Olympus dictation network and its gradual expansion from year to year. All you need to do is determine the number of authors (Dictation Module) and the number of transcribers/secretaries (Transcription Module) to be part of the dictation network.
