Offgridtec 5m heat-shrink tubing 12.7mm>6.4mm red

Ideal for insulating or protecting open connections on a cable. When heated, the tubing shrinks and provides an absolutely tight insulation. This way, the cable or connection point is optimally protected from external influences (water, UV radiation, corrosion, etc.).

The tubing comes in a practical packaging that allows you to unroll it to your desired length. Perfect for a well-stocked DIY assortment and for professional use.

Simply cut the tubing to the desired length and position it at the intended spot. Evenly heat the tubing with a heat gun or another suitable heat source until it completely encloses the cable and the resin slightly oozes out at the ends.

Make sure not to expose the tubing to direct heat for too long in one spot; instead, heat it evenly all around until it shrinks to the desired size.
