Odroid Single board computer

ODROID-N2+ is an upgrade of the ODROID-N2. The maximum CPU clock speed of the quad-core Cortex-A73 has been increased from 1.8 GHz to 2.4 GHz. The maximum CPU clock speed of the dual-core Cortex-A53 has been raised from 1.9 GHz to 2.0 GHz. The RTC backup battery holder is mounted on the board. The main CPU is based on the big.Little architecture, which integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 CPU cluster and a dual-core Cortex-A53 cluster with a next-generation Mali-G52 GPU. Thanks to modern 12nm silicon technology, the A73 cores run at 2.2 GHz without thermal throttling, while the included metal heatsink ensures a robust and quiet computer. The CPU multicore performance is about 20% and the GPU is 10% faster than that of the N1. The DDR4 RAM of the N2+ operates at 1320 MHz and consumes only 1.2 volts of power. The large heatsink in the metal case is designed to optimize heat dissipation from the CPU and RAM while minimizing throttling. The CPU is located on the underside of the PCB to achieve excellent thermal properties.
