Our eye-friendly LED desk lamp reduces blue light to a low level, which has been shown to improve sleep and reduce eye strain, headaches, dry eyes, and poor vision. Using a touchpad, you can adjust the brightness of the bulbs as well as choose from three different color settings for different times of the day: a cool white (morning), a neutral white (afternoon), and a warm white for the evening.

The anti-blue light reading lamp is foldable and can be stored in a bag or packaging, making it easy to carry from the bedroom to the office and vice versa. Enjoy up to 30 hours of light with our desk lamp and its USB charging feature. It fully charges in 3 hours using the included micro-USB cable.
