To relieve the camera mounts when larger and heavier lenses are mounted on Sony NEX bodies, the use of the additional tripod adapter from Novoflex for the NEX adapters is recommended. It fits perfectly with the Q quick couplings but can also be mounted on a 1/4" thread.
