The validity period will begin immediately upon redemption or will be added to a current validity period. If you have not already set auto-renewals for Nintendo Switch Online, auto-renewals will be set for Nintendo Switch Online when you redeem this code and will be automatically renewed for successive periods of time equal to the original validity period of this code for Nintendo Switch Online until auto-renewals are disabled. The price of an auto-renewal will be displayed during the redemption process. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in your Nintendo Account settings up to 48 hours before the then-current validity period expires. The auto-renewal and payment will not take place earlier than 48 hours before the end of the then current validity period. For each auto-renewal, the price of the auto-renewal will be deducted from your Nintendo eShop balance. If you do not have sufficient Nintendo eShop credits, either your credit card or the PayPal account registered to your Nintendo account, whichever is set as the payment method for auto-renewals at the time an auto-renewal occurs, will be charged the auto-renewal price.
