Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure

The motion-controlled Nintendo Switch title combines adventure gaming with fitness exercises. In adventure mode, virtual opponents are defeated by performing actual fitness exercises. The Ring-Con and leg strap, new accessories inspired by fitness equipment, recognize the movements of players and translate them into the game. The intensity of the exercises can be individually adjusted – suitable for all ages and fitness levels, for both children and adults.

Players' movements are projected onto the screen: to move in the game, players must jog in place – this running motion is transferred into the game and onto the character via the leg strap. A strong squeeze of the Ring-Con can unleash a powerful attack against adversaries. Those who play daily combine fun with regular training of various muscle groups. The diverse mini-games and exercises can be completed by all Nintendo Switch athletes, regardless of age, gaming experience, or fitness level.
