Clamp arm, very heavy-duty design, for wall mounting and clamping attachment to bare steel beams with a flange width of 100 mm to 320 mm. Required clamping accessories for T-beams, such as 2 x SKM 12X, 2 x UGM 12, and 2 x HSKS, must be ordered separately. Required fastening accessories for wide-span cable trays/ladders must also be ordered separately. The clamping attachment should be symmetrical, and the screws should be placed as close to the flange as possible. The load capacity specifications apply only in conjunction with HSKS, UGM 12, and screws M 12, strength class 10.9, which must be tightened with a pre-tensioning torque of 123 Nm. Especially for connections that must transfer vertical loads through friction, it is essential to pay attention to the screw tightening torque and to verify it with a torque wrench. The specified load values apply only to connections of steel to steel (e.g., profile clamps). After applying half the load, the tightening torque of the screws must be checked again. Risk of slipping! If steel supports are coated with fire protection paint, it must not be removed without consultation and written approval from the client or construction management. In any case, the introduction of loads into the structure must be coordinated with the construction planning or construction management.
