Nevox real carbon covers are designed from high-tech fibers to the finished smartphone cover, 100% made in Germany. Our precise carbon covers are extremely thin, very light, and functional due to the material, made from the best high-performance fibers: carbon, aramid, and Vectran.

A special combination and fiber structure allow the production of the thinnest covers in one piece, known as "monocoque," which fits around the smartphone like a second skin. As known from Formula 1 or ballistic applications, these high-tech fibers provide extremely high energy absorption in the event of a crash or impact, ensuring maximum protection with minimal weight.

These features enable the production of extremely thin-walled and effective protective covers that preserve the design and recognition value of the smartphone. The super-thin Nevox real carbon cover does not affect transmit and receive power (whether WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, or phone frequency). This is achieved by leveraging the physical properties of high-strength carbon fibers in our newly developed manufacturing process.

The three-dimensional surface structure provides good support and highlights the unique appearance of the fibers.
