NEC SpectraView Reference 242
1920 x 1200 pixels, 24"Product details
The NEC SpectraView 242 is a high-quality, powerful professional-grade LCD monitor featuring 10-bit AH-IPS and GB-R-LED backlighting for color-critical applications. Its numerous functions and advantages ensure excellent image quality and color fidelity, while the display offers an attractive price-performance ratio. It maintains consistent brightness and a stable white point. Highly ergonomic for comfortable viewing with ErgoDesign and TORO. Outstanding ergonomics are provided by 150 mm height adjustability, advanced NTAA functionality, and stable 10-bit P-IPS viewing angles. Each monitor input can be assigned an independent 3D Look-Up Table (9x9x9) for precise representation of unique color spaces such as sRGB or Adobe RGB. An integrated USB hub (2 upstream; 3 downstream) allows for the connection of USB peripherals like a mouse or keyboard. Additionally, various video inputs can be assigned to the two upper ports (Picture-in-Picture function). The housing and stand design enable exceptionally eco-friendly and efficient packaging. The built-in CO2 savings counter, combined with the implemented ECOMode functionality, promotes responsible energy resource management and informs the user about their current CO2 consumption status. The integrated ambient light sensor dynamically adjusts the monitor brightness to the surrounding light conditions, allowing for additional energy savings and ergonomic brightness levels. A compact DisplayPort connection with an integrated locking mechanism, which can be released with a simple button press, along with longer cable lengths and 10-bit PIPS color support, enhances application flexibility.
