Monster Truck Championship is a unique simulation where players step into the cockpit of a massive truck and participate in various competitions. With its realistic approach to driving—rather than relying on arcade gameplay—Monster Truck Championship gives players the opportunity to perform incredible stunts and techniques both on the ground and in the air by learning the unique physics of these enormous vehicles. For a more realistic perspective on the action, a cockpit camera is available, allowing players to experience the impressive driver’s view high above the track. While executing tricks, the camera is positioned to let players follow the action from the best angle, and at appropriate moments, the action is highlighted with slow motion.

Monster Truck Championship features five types of challenges: races, where players aim to cross the finish line first among nine drivers after a set number of laps; time trials, where the goal is to achieve new best times; drag races, where drivers compete against another on a narrow stretch of track; freestyle, where the objective is to perform as many spectacular tricks as possible; and destruction, where players are rewarded for destroying as many obstacles as they can.

Features include: 25 tracks in various cities across the United States, 16 customizable trucks, realistic controls and physics, including independent control of the front and rear wheels, and the ability to modify various mechanical elements such as suspension, transmission, and engine. An online mode for up to eight players in monstrous races. A career mode where players manage vehicles, sponsors, and technicians to improve their performance and earnings.
