The universal dimmer is suitable for use with dimmable LED lamps with phase-cut control or with dimmable LED lamps with electronic transformers for phase-cut control. Its flat design (13 mm) allows for installation in standard boxes behind a switch. Simple wiring is easily achievable, especially with the approximately 10 cm loose wires with end sleeves. Adjusting the minimum dimming value can be done in no time. Additionally, the Paladin 873 031 LED features a memory function for the last dimming value. The device is equipped with overheat protection and short-circuit protection.
