The filtering process of the Moccamaster Automatic coffee maker is automated as much as possible and optimized specifically for brewing a full carafe. Just add water and coffee grounds, press a button, and let the coffee maker take care of the rest. The automatic drip stop halts coffee dripping from the filter cone when you lift the glass carafe from the coffee maker. The aroma lid mixes the brewing coffee during the extraction process, ensuring a perfect result. The automatic shut-off adds safety and turns off the power after 40 minutes.

The Moccamaster Automatic has two separate heating elements. One element brews coffee at the optimal 92-96 degrees Celsius filtering temperature. The other keeps the coffee at an optimal 80-85 degrees Celsius until it's ready to be enjoyed.

The coffee maker has a quality certification from the European Brewing Centre (ECBC). All Moccamaster makers are handcrafted with expertise in the Netherlands. Each coffee maker is tested before leaving the factory and is granted a five-year warranty on the body.
