Product details

Thermally conductive adhesive made from epoxy, packaged in a 50 ml cartridge. It has a thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/mK. The curing time is 15 minutes at +65 °C and 4 hours at room temperature. The maximum operating temperature is +150 °C, and the minimum operating temperature is -40 °C. The dielectric strength is 14.8 kV/mm.
