The Metz Flashgun Holder FGH 40-60 is designed for use with the Metz Easy Softbox and is compatible with most flash units. The height of the flash can be adjusted to position the head directly behind the opening, and it can be mounted directly on a light stand. It is compatible with Metz light stands LS-247 and LS-200.
