The Modbus module with 4 digital inputs has been designed for decentralized switching tasks. It is suitable for detecting potential-free switch states, for example, electrical limit switches on ventilation flaps or auxiliary contacts on power contactors. The inputs can be connected using potential-free switches or contacts, as well as configured as voltage inputs. The inputs can be queried via standard registers through a Modbus master. The addressing of the module, as well as the setting of the bitrate and parity, can be done using 2 address switches on the front or via software. It is suitable for decentralized mounting on TH35 mounting rails according to IEC 60715 in electrical distribution boards. The connection is made using spring-loaded terminals (Push-In).
