To meet the growing demands of the LED market for intelligent DALI controls, MEAN WELL has developed the DC/DC LED driver series with DALI dimming function, LDD-H-DA. The LDD-H-DA series is a constant current step-down converter with an input voltage range of 6 to 50 V DC and an output voltage range of 3 to 45 V DC. The output current range covers 350 to 1400 mA with DALI dimming function, thus fulfilling the requirements of an intelligent DALI control in a lighting system. Both the pin version (LDD-H-DA) and the wired version (LDD-HW-DA) are fully encapsulated and are water and dust resistant according to IP65. Additionally, the LDD-H-DA model in pin design features an integrated PWM and analog dimming function as well as remote ON/OFF control. The output current is adjustable via the PWM function. MEAN WELL's LDD-H-DA can be used at the DC output of the LED driver and provides a constant current that stabilizes the current of the LED lights and extends their lifespan.
