With the LCM-40KN, Meanwell presents the first KNX LED constant current drivers for LED lighting systems in building automation available on the market, which can be pre-set between 350 and 1050 mA via DIP switches. The integrated KNX interface allows these 40-watt LED drivers to avoid a complicated KNX-DALI gateway. The series operates with 180 to 295 VAC alternating current and offers various current strengths between 350 and 1050 mA. Thanks to the high efficiency of up to 90%, the fanless LED driver can operate at a housing temperature between -30 and +90 °C under free air convection. Additionally, it is equipped with a push-dim interface, an operating hour counter, and feedback on power consumption. With the CLO function (Constant Light Output), a constant light intensity can be achieved over a long operating period of a lamp, despite the aging of the LED chip. The LCM-40KN also allows for the synchronization of up to 10 operating devices through master-slave wiring, providing great flexibility for the design of indoor LED lighting systems.
