The Magnat Prime Classic delivers pleasant and dynamic stereo sound from a compact wooden enclosure. The stereo speaker system, hidden behind the modern fabric grille, is supported by a powerful integrated subwoofer. The long-stroke bass radiator is optimally positioned at the bottom, providing deep bass support completely free of background noise. The result is a detailed stereo sound, including deep and powerful bass reproduction.
The integrated digital amplifier combines a total output of an impressive 80 watts across three amplifier channels. State-of-the-art filtering and equalizing via a DSP chip ensure excellent sound quality. With their decent sound and very meagre features, the two classy Bluetooth speakers are close to each other. In the end, the Marshall Acton 2 wins thanks to its better usability. Among other things, it has rotary controls for adjusting the sound, and there is also an app for further settings.
