Product details

The M5Stack Light Unit features a photoresistor that allows you to measure ambient light. The resistance of a photoresistor decreases with increasing light intensity and vice versa. The light sensor can be read analogously via the ADC or through a digital input. When the sensor is read via the digital input from the M5Core, the threshold at which the signal is activated can be adjusted using the potentiometer.
