The M5Stack CamModule SC850SL is a powerful camera module with an 8-megapixel resolution designed for demanding embedded and vision applications. Equipped with the SmartSens SC850SL CMOS image sensor and an M16 lens, it enables sharp images at resolutions up to 3840 × 2160 pixels at 60 fps. The digital image output is provided in RAW RGB format via a MIPI CS1-2 interface (4 lanes). With a high dynamic range of up to 100 dB in HDR mode and excellent light sensitivity of 5034 mV/(Lux·s), the camera delivers outstanding results even in challenging lighting conditions. The wide diagonal field of view of 110.8° is ideal for applications such as object detection, image processing, and machine vision. The 200 mm long FPC cable allows for flexible integration of the module into projects, whether in robotics, industrial automation, or smart surveillance tasks.
