Product details

The Earth Moisture Unit from M5Stack is a soil moisture sensor designed to measure soil moisture and similar materials. The two pads act as probes and are inserted into the ground. The higher the moisture content in the soil, the better the conductivity between the two pads, resulting in lower resistance and a higher SIG output (analog voltage). The moisture sensor can be read analogically via the ADC or through a digital input. When the sensor is read via the digital output, the threshold at which the signal is activated can be adjusted using the potentiometer.
