With a gear ratio of 2:1, juicing is particularly smooth. Lurch has invested 2.5 years in the development of the special auger. Thanks to its unique geometry, efficient transport of the press material with maximum juice yield is guaranteed. Since no heat is generated during cold pressing, slow juicing is considered particularly gentle. The feed funnel with a double chamber system ensures optimal distribution of fruits and vegetables. Hard press material goes into the left chamber, while soft press material goes into the right chamber. It is important not to overfill the chambers. Includes a collection container for pulp and juice. The auger function is explained in three steps: 1. Breaking and chopping, 2. Pureeing, 3. Pressing. Highlights: Compact device.
