The interface is installed in the PCI Express port of the computer and is automatically recognized by the operating system thanks to Plug and Play. It supports USB 3.0 transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps and a power supply of up to 900 mA per port. Of course, backward-compatible USB 2.0 or 1.1 devices can also be used.
