The Elo Touch Solutions 3243L 32-inch Full HD open-frame touch monitor is available with two multi-touch touchscreen technologies: frameless projected capacitive (PCAP) or IntelliTouch Plus surface acoustic wave. The PCAP touchscreen offers a fast and highly responsive experience, similar to that of mobile devices, and is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10, recognizing up to 10 touches simultaneously.

The IntelliTouch Plus surface acoustic wave with dual-touch ensures an undistorted display quality thanks to the use of clear glass. It employs state-of-the-art HD display technology, including a high-contrast/bright LED-backlit LCD panel, an extended color spectrum with film, game, and photo modes, black level adjustment, and enhancements in the on-screen menu.

The 3243L touch monitor has an overall thickness of less than 2.3 inches (58 mm). It features an LED-based LCD panel that reduces power consumption and heat, allowing for thinner and smaller kiosk designs for various applications in retail, hospitality, gaming, transportation, and other commercial sectors. The touchscreen glass is tested against robust "ball-drop" requirements and supports applications in demanding public access areas.

The comprehensive range of features includes analog and digital interfaces, multilingual on-screen display (OSD), VESA standard mounting, mounting brackets, a wired remote control for the on-screen display (OSD), and global compliance.
