Livestream Mevo

The Livestream Mevo camera is a 4K-capable camera that, in combination with the Livestream app, offers an immediately usable streaming solution. The camera features both automatic face detection and motion tracking. Using the app, up to 9 different crops can be generated from the image frame of a single camera through intelligent resizing. Additionally, zooms and pans can be remotely controlled via an Apple iPhone. Besides streaming, the Livestream Mevo camera can also record in HD resolution onto a Micro-SD card.

Mevo internally scans a 4K image that can be divided into up to 9 arbitrary HD720 sections. The output and recording occur in 720p30 (bitrate between 2 and 10 Mbps). Mevo has face detection, a tracking function, and sound localization through the built-in microphone to virtually follow people. Mevo can automatically cut, zoom, and pan at a predetermined speed. Manual control is, of course, possible: finger gestures such as spreading (zoom), tap (cut), and swipe (pan) are translated into smooth camera movements or cuts.

Additionally, filters like sepia or black-and-white can be applied, as well as adjustments for exposure and sharpness. The multicolored LED light ring on the camera head indicates all important functional states: recording, streaming, battery status, and network. Custom settings can be defined in the app.
