The Wirewin S/FTP patch cables are characterized by their high quality and are suitable for gigabit connections with operating frequencies of up to 250 MHz. Applications for Category 6 cables include voice transmission, multimedia, data transmission, and ATM networks.

The wires, made of 100% copper, are double-shielded and also feature strain relief. The sheath is halogen-free and extremely flame-retardant.
