The new LG OLED 55 C7V not only has an elegant and modern design, but also impresses with the latest OLED technology. Each individual pixel of an OLED TV consists of self-illuminating LEDs that can be individually controlled. The OLED TV delivers the deepest black without any residual light besides sun-bright white and thus offers an unprecedented contrast. Thus the LG 55 C7V combines the best of plasma and LED TV sets. In addition to the HDR 10 (High Dynamic Range) and Dolby Vision standards, the new LG C7V is capable of reproducing HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) and the new Advanced HDR standard from Technicolor. A brightness increase of up to 25% compared to the 2016 C6 models and the use of Active HDR technology produces even brighter scenes and more detailed shadows. For this purpose, each image is analysed and adapted individually. With its new UHD OLED panel and pixel level dimming technology, the C7V Perfect Black. Not only does this give you the deepest black, but the LG55C7 also reproduces about 99% of the DCI colour spectrum. In addition, with Cinematic Color and Infinite Contrast, the 55 C 7 D OLED TV also delivers a perfect picture from an acute angle. You no longer have to fight for the best seats right in front of TV.

The LG 55C7V is not only a top-of-the-line device when it comes to pictures. Also the sound can be heard! Thus, LG will continue to give the C-Series a first-class sound system in 2017. This sound system is a 2.2 system with an integrated subwoofer and an output of 40 watts that gives the TV a rich sound with powerful bass, clear midrange and fine treble. In addition, the LG55c7's sound system supports the Dolby Atmos format and you get 360° surround sound where the sound itself seems to come from above - a whole new surround experience.

The equipment of the 55C7V OLED TV also leaves nothing to be desired. With the USB recording function you get the possibility to record a program of your choice with an external hard disk (optional) and to watch a separate one in parallel. The "LG TV Remote App" gives you the possibility to stream the running TV signal to your mobile device and you can take it with you anywhere in the house. You can also control your LG 55C7 via this app. With the "LG TV Plus App" you can easily stream photos, videos or music directly from your smartphone or tablet to the LG OLED 55C7P. A connection for headphones is also available. Sound output for TV and headphones is possible in parallel and the volume can be adjusted separately.

The LG OLED55 C7V UHD TV is equipped with the new WebOS 3.5 user interface developed by LG. With this version, which is even better than the 2016 WebOS 3.0, the user interface and net-based applications such as apps, Internet or streaming become even easier and more intuitive to use. With the new Magic Remote 2017, which has also been revised again, you can control your LG OLED 55 C7 even faster and more intuitively by using a mouse pointer and a scroll wheel on the remote control.
