The LG LSM-100 is the first peripheral device that combines a mouse and a scanner without sacrificing important functions from both applications.
It scans formats up to A3 at up to 320 dpi, features optical character recognition, allows immediate editing of scans in Office applications, and can save in JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, XLS, DOC, and PDF formats.
It has two buttons and a scroll wheel, as well as a scanner with up to 320 dpi (640 x 320 pixels at 30 Hz).

LG bietet mit dem Maus-Scanner LSM-100 ein durchaus praktisches Werkzeug an, jedoch werden viele Nutzer den Scanner in der Maus nur selten benötigen. Das Gerät eignet sich zwar auch zur Digitalisierung von großen Dokumenten bis zum A3-Format, spielt aber seine Stärke vor allem bei kleinformatigen Vorlagen aus, die schnell verschickt werden müssen.

Die LG LSM-100 ist eine Maus mit eingebautem Scanner. Klingt verrückt, funktioniert aber super: Man drückt auf den Scanknopf an der Seite, bewegt freihändig die Maus etwa über eine Zeitungsnotiz, und die Scansoftware setzt daraus eine perfekte ausgerichtete Grafik zusammen, die man anschließend in Text umwandelt…
