Leofoto VH-10 Tilt Head

The VH-10 is in a class of its own. This ultra-lightweight tripod head was designed, among other things, for use on monopods. The 84 mm high tilt head is made from aircraft-grade aluminum for maximum stability at a low weight and is black anodized for high durability. With its dual tilt capability, the range of motion is comparable to that of a ball head, but the weight is significantly lower.

The VH-10 features a bubble level for easy horizontal positioning and an Arca-compatible quick-release plate for fast mounting. The 60 mm wide camera plate of the VH-10 can be rotated 360° for panoramic photography, and the base degree scale allows for very simple fine adjustments. Locking is done via a convenient small lever that you can release and click into place.

The friction coefficient of the Leofoto VH-10 monopod head is controlled, like that of a classic ball head, by a large, highly precise adjustable knob. With the small knob on the other side, you can lock the head in the desired position. It can be tilted 90° in two directions, and with the degree scale on the head, you can always set the exact tilt angle. When fully collapsed, this head is ideal for transport in combination with a long telephoto lens.
