The Leofoto SO-282C Inverted Tripod is a two-part carbon fiber tripod designed for the robust support of full-fledged firearm combinations, including rifles with scopes as well as extreme scopes, cameras, and large-format surveillance equipment. It features a solid tip and platform for a compact design with a maximum load capacity of 25 kg, ensuring stability and reliability. Made from 10 layers of Toray carbon fiber and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, this tripod offers durability and lightweight performance at a weight of 1.5 kg. The inverted leg design positions the widest tube at the bottom for increased stability and quick setup with twist locks, independent leg spreading, and three locking positions to adapt to uneven terrain. Key specifications include a maximum height of 1660 mm, a minimum height of 125 mm, and a folded length of 990 mm with leg tubes of 32 mm and 28 mm in diameter. It includes rubber feet with an optional steel spike set, as well as a padded carrying bag with additional storage for accessories and a 1/4 accessory mounting socket for versatile applications.
