Given the highly mobile nature of today's users, the unexpected can always happen, even with top-of-the-line PCs. Evaluations of Lenovo's mobile repair data show that a significant portion of users experience damage not covered by the basic warranty within the first three years of the PC lifecycle. Accidental damage protection provides significant cost savings compared to non-covered repairs.
