The KE7200 tests the wires and wire pairs of cable runs for continuity, breaks, short circuits, miswiring, and split pairs, while simultaneously determining cable length and distance to the fault. With the user-configurable internal cable database, unknown cables and wiring schemes are a thing of the past. The KE7200 can manage up to 32 individual remote units simultaneously. The device checks connections for the availability of Power over Ethernet (PoE) and determines the available power. Active network tests include speed detection up to 1 Gigabit and listing of existing network participants.
