The KE601 Electrical Cable Locator Set, consisting of the EasyTest600 transmitter and the Probe610 signal receiver, has been designed for straightforward and quick work in active electrical installations. The ferrite converter test tip with automatic signal sensitivity adjustment at the push of a button allows the user to achieve the desired locating results shortly after using the signal receiver. In addition to acoustic signal evaluation, the 6-level visual display of signal strength on the Probe610 aids in localization. For testing, the EasyTest600 transmitter is connected to the circuit being tested via a connection cable, which also powers the device. The user has access to a power cable as well as a test probe set with crocodile clips and safety plugs. Localization is possible up to several hundred meters of cable length without interference from other devices.
