The Classic 5 is based on concepts from earlier Rokit lines, which are among the most widely used studio monitors in the world, and offers a flat frequency response for critical listening, resulting in more accurate mixes. With the optional ability to activate the +2 dB KRK Bass Boost, the Classic 5 can also deliver the bass response and sound that music creators around the world have loved for years. The Classic 5 is an active two-way studio monitor that combines a 1-inch textile soft dome tweeter with a 5-inch glass-aramid woofer. The built-in amplifiers provide a total output of 50 watts, with a 30-watt amplifier driving the woofer and a 20-watt amplifier powering the tweeter.
