Kreul and Solo Goya Paper

The Italian artist papers from Kreul have been selected to match the color systems. From sketching paper to papers for painting with watercolor, oil, and acrylic paints, as well as for the application of mixed media techniques, artists choose the appropriate substrate based on quality: The compact system consists of Kreul paper in entry-level quality and Solo Goya paper as artist paper in mid-range quality.

The use of FSC-certified cellulose and the production using hydropower make these papers very environmentally friendly. They are acid-free and aging-resistant according to ISO 9706. The absence of acid and the limited use of alkali make the papers very suitable for archiving.

Solo Goya Watercolor Paper, 300 g/m²:
Ideal for painting with watercolor and gouache, for wet-on-wet, and also for dry painting techniques. The watercolor paper is glued on all four sides, ensuring a good flat lay after moistening and preventing warping. Due to the internal and external gluing and the fine-grained surface, the paper has a very balanced water absorption capacity. The paper is a blend of cotton (25%) and lignin-free cellulose.
