The S3100f can be directly connected to a PC via USB 3.0 (3.1 Gen. 1) and used as a standalone device. Alternatively, it can be integrated into your local network via LAN. It scans double-sided at speeds of up to 100 sheets per minute with a recommended daily volume of up to 45,000 sheets. The control panel features a larger, easily readable 3.5-inch touchscreen display. Customizable names and color symbols allow for quick and easy selection of scan tasks.

The S3100f scanner is not picky about the media it processes: whether standard A4 pages, extra-long banners up to 4 meters in length, ultra-thin 27 g/m² paper, or 1.4 mm thick ID cards – even small, unsorted stacks are no problem thanks to the active feeding technology with controlled stacking. Intelligent document protection and multiple feed sensor technology prevent paper jams and protect original documents. The image processing with Perfect Page technology dynamically optimizes image quality with every scan.
