A small user manual! Please place the singing bowl on the included mat or on a flat surface, as it will only produce a good sound when struck on a flat surface with free side walls. If you are holding the singing bowl in your hand, please ensure that the side walls are truly free - simply test different positions in your hand. Striking the singing bowl: Hold the wooden mallet loosely in your hand and gently strike the singing bowl from above, allowing the mallet to swing freely away - this will produce the best sound. Try testing how the sound differs between a gentle strike and a powerful strike.
