Built with a PCIe 5.0 (32 GT/s x4) interface, the CD8P-V Series SSDs deliver consistent performance of up to 2,000K IOPS for random read and 400K IOPS for random write, achieving a 60% to 80% increase in sequential read performance compared to the previous generation PCIe 4.0 SSDs (KIOXIA CD8-V Series).

Featuring KIOXIA BiCS FLASH generation 5 TLC flash memory, CD8P-V 2.5-inch form factor SSDs provide 3 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) of endurance and storage capacities of up to 12.8 TB, making them well-suited for hyperscale data center applications.
