Product details
The 60's Custom Set represents the classic Tele sound that everyone instantly recognizes. It is ideal for country picking and never sounds too aggressive or thin. It has plenty of volume and focus. The middle position, in particular, is a dream. You also don't have to worry about unwanted noise. It consists of the individual pickups AVn-60b (Bridge) and the newly introduced AVn-60n Gen.2 (Neck) from February 2017, which features higher coils and longer magnets. Compared to the old AVn-60n, it sounds significantly more vibrant and open. It also offers more twang and increased dynamics. The modification has made it louder and slightly brighter in tone. Additionally, it has been fitted with a new chrome-plated nickel-silver cover that does not dampen the sound. It is slightly arched to provide space for the staggered magnets. Furthermore, it produces no unwanted noise when touched.
