Keychron Q12

The Q12 is the perfect example of efficient space utilization. It features a compact 96% layout. This design is ideal not only for left-handed users but also for right-handed ones, as it provides more space for the mouse and is more comfortable when using the mouse and number pad simultaneously.

All components are designed for easy assembly. Therefore, you can customize and swap out any component as desired. A low-power Arm Cortex-M4 32-bit STM32L432 MCU, which is powerful and equipped with 128K Flash, offers more flexibility for developers.

The Keychron Q5 is made from a CNC-machined 6063 aluminum case that undergoes 24 processes, including polishing, anodizing, and sandblasting. The gasket-mounted design gives the board a pleasant, flexible typing feel with excellent sound.

The keyboard features a system switch on the side for the operating system and an additional set of custom keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems.

Thanks to full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap every key on the keyboard. With the open-source VIA firmware, you can define any key, the keyboard layout, or the backlighting. You can even write macros for custom key combinations that you want on your Keychron Q5.

The south-facing RGB SMD LED lighting is easy to see as it faces the user. The Gateron G Pro switches come factory-lubed and provide an excellent typing feel, complemented by the Double-Shot PBT keycaps in the OSA profile.
